Outline Planning Application refused by SDDC on 25th August 2015
The outline planning application for a development consisting of 52 dwellings, a residential care home, community hub and formation of access road, provision of open space and associated works on land at SK 2332, Main Street, Etwall is going before a meeting of South Derbyshire District Council’s Planning Committee on 25th August 2015.
Further to the Special Parish Council meeting on 20th April 2015, the developers of this site, Gainsborough Properties, have asked for the chance to clarify certain points raised in the minutes. These clarifications are highlighted in red on the attached document which can be downloaded here.
A Special Etwall Parish Council meeting was held on Monday 20th April to discuss this planning application where questions were answered by Caroline Chave of Chave Planning and Hannah Ellis of Gainsborough Properties. The notes from this meeting can be viewed here
