FRANK WICKHAM HALL RE-OPENING

In accordance with the current government roadmap, subject to government confirmation, the Frank Wickham Hall will be available as follows:

Government step 1

  • From March 8th, the hall is available for “children’s supervised activities”.  This includes preschool and activities supervised by local schools.
  • From March 29th, the hall will be available to support organised outdoor sport following government guidance.

Government step 2

  • From April 12th, the hall can reopen however we believe the Covid restrictions will not permit any additional hall activities to operate.
  • The hall will be open for the local elections on Thursday 6th May.

Government step 3

  • From May 17th, the “rule of 6 or 2 households” applies to indoor facilities, indoor hospitality can reopen and we believe that some of our hirer’s normal uses are permitted.  If a hirer wishes to return, it will be the responsibility of the hirer to provide proof of compliance accompanied by an appropriate risk assessment prior to acceptance of the hire.

Government step 4

  • From June 21st, all legal restrictions should be removed. The hall will reopen for all activities however some Covid-19 compliance measures may still be in place.
